The Awards were created in honour of the late Aron Y. Haile, an accomplished student, entrepreneur, software developer, event planner and theatre enthusiast.
Aroni, as he was affectionately known, provided mentorship, guidance, friendship and inspiration to those he came in contact with throughout his short life.
